Mr. Ghulam Akbar brings with him, 25+ years of extensive experience in the realms of Environment, Forestry and Wildlife. He has been associated with RG as Senior Advisor- Programme, since, September 2015. In the past, he has worked on prominent positions in numerous renowned Organizations, i.e. WWF-Pakistan, USAID/ICARDA, Arid Zone Research Institute, Bahawalpur, Rangeland Research Institute, National Agriculture Research Centre, Islamabad etc, and has supervised numerous development projects. Moreover, he has served as a trainer for SAARC Secretariat, National Agricultural Research Council, PRSP, UNDP SGP, Forest & Wildlife Departments, WWF and many other organizations. (more…)

Humayun Ishaque Chohan

Mr. Humayun Ishaque Chohan became a part of RG’s growing team in February 2015. He brings with him diverse and extensive professional experience of 37 years as a bureaucrat. At RG, he takes the role of “Advisor- Implementation, Coordination and Quality Assurance” thereby ensuring quality assurance mechanisms in everything we do, be it a matter of internal coordination or deliverables of external nature. He retired as Secretary National Reconstruction Bureau (NRB), Prime Minister’s Secretariat, which was an independent and constitutionally established federal institution tasked with the economic recovery and prosperous development through the local government system. Dr. Safdar Kamal Pasha possess MBBS Degree besides holding Master’s Degree in Public Health and Business Administration.  He has more than 18 years of progressive professional experience of implementing numerous programmes including Infants Nutrition, Child Health, Maternal Health, Sexual Reproduction Health and Human Rights. He has expertise in Pre & Post KAP Surveys, Monitoring and Evaluation/MIS/Surveillance, Operational Research, Baselines and Impact Evaluations. He have additional certification in; Aga Khan Course on Health Systems Operation Research; UNFPA Courses on Population Issues and Vanderbilt Institute of Global Health Course on Research & Ethics. He has a proven record of Publications, presentations and improving Mothers and Child Health Programmes with innovative Strategies & Community relations.


Abdullah Khoso

  • Master’s Degree in Media Communication, Cultural Studies and Anthropology.

Mr. Abdullah has expertise in Human rights; Child Protection and Child Rights governance including education, training and capacity building, advocacy, campaigning and lobbying and programme management, monitoring and evaluation. He has conducted, supervised and contributed in many researches, and organized seminars, rallies, workshops and conferences independently; have been delivering lectures at different forums on the child rights and child protection issues.

Manager–MEAL and Business Development

Shehneela is a MEAL, Research and Media specialist, who is heading our PPDD unit as a “Manager–MEAL and Business Development”. She has a quest to devote her energies for serving humanity, which has made her work with numerous renowned names in terms of Research, Media Coordination, Live TV Hosting, Monitoring & Evaluation, Trainings, Business Development etc. Her objective is to work in a dynamic organization where people believe in a common vision towards the growth of the organization. At RG, she is an integral member of the PPDD unit and plays key role in Project Coordination & Management.


Moeen Manzoor

Financial Sector Expert 

Moeen Manzoor (Financial Consultant) has over 24 years of practical work experience which constitutes 19 years of working in the financial sector and 4 years working in the development sector.

With the financial industry, he worked with institutions like PILCORP (Later Cres Bank Ltd), Atlas Lease Ltd (later Atlas Bank Ltd),  Pak Apex Leasing Company Ltd (Later KASB Bank Ltd), First Dawood Investment Bank Ltd (Later Burj Bank Ltd.) Pak Oman Investment Bank, Orix Leasing Co. Ltd and  IGI Investment Bank Ltd. His affiliation with the financial sector ranged from 1990 till 2009.
