A detailed comprehensive study on value chain analysis of sugarcane was carried out in district Charsadda for our client Association for Human Development- AHD. The project aimed at analyzing the demand & supply of sugarcane in the community and designing of strategy  for addressing the prioritized needs identified through value chain analysis. RG successful designed collective marketing strategy with set parameters of understanding with AHD to accomplish effective results based on most feasible, realistic, cost effective approach to engage farmers in cluster production and collective marketing of sugarcane products in the market. During the course of work, the baseline information was randomly collected from 130 sugarcane growers; analyzed and training module was tailored in consultation with all stakeholders. While concluding the study, appreciation was earned from all the stakeholders (community, line department, central market and other Business community).
