Details: Oxfam GB is implementing a three year long (2013-15) programme “Enhancing Access and Quality for Girls Education in Pakistan”. At the mid of its total life, the project went through Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) study to harvest tacit information and knowledge from participating stakeholders. The geographical coverage of the MTE study sample included representation of all sample 36 districts of provinces Sindh, Punjab, KPK and Balochistan. Mid Term Evaluation study was significant in terms of assessing the overall effectiveness of implementation over the duration of first half of the project. It was proved helpful in mapping best practices, and identifying areas for greater focus and for timely achievement of all milestones over the remaining half of the project.The evaluation also helped client focus on the potential opportunities of success and highlighted areas of improvement.
