The Project -End Evaluation of the Rehabilitation project for 2011 was conducted in rain flood affected communities of Badin. This project was funded by ICCO & KiA and was implemented by PFF, Karachi. Reflect Global conducted its End of Project Evaluation to assess the degree to which the project was able to meet the set objectives as outlined in detailed project proposal’s narrative and log frame extracting the key lessons learnt, recommendation and to increase the effect of impact in the future programming of PFF. The main theme of the work was to rehabilitate the livelihoods of these communities. DRR and Gender inclusion were also given top priority. The community was at fore front of the project implementation and all of the interventions were planned to be participatory. The activities were designed in a way that helped the communities of coastal area of Badin and enabled them to rehabilitate to pre-disaster positions and better prepared for any fore coming disaster.
